DENTAL INSURANCE
We maintain an out-of-network status with all dental insurance providers. We accept all PPO dental insurance plans, file claims on your behalf, and help you navigate your coverage and maximize your benefits.
PPO plans we work with include, but are not limited to, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, UnitedHealthcare, Principal, and TRICARE.
We do not participate in Medicaid. Due to Florida regulations, we cannot accept private payment from Medicaid recipients for services covered by Medicaid. If you have Medicaid coverage, we recommend contacting a participating provider for those services.
We offer flexible third-party financing through Cherry to help make treatment more manageable. Our team can guide you through the application process and discuss payment options.
